After a half an hour wait, I was finally connected with a customer service representative. I had called to inquire about how to get a replacement for a large container that I have used for years to store flour.

The container is cracked in two places and, for me, is worthless. I was asked for a mold number that does not appear on the container (my fault, right?!) and was told that without the number, nothing could be done.

Thanks a lot for wasting my time, and for the false representation of a so-called lifetime warranty! Tupperware needs to understand that there are competitors out there.

Are you in the US? Tupperware now offers warranty replacements via our online websites.

Replacements are best handled by a consultant near you. I was googling cracked tupperware to test our online system and stumbled upon your post. I'll be happy to help get your modular mate replaced as this is covered under the warranty.

The mold number is a very tiny tiny number on the bottom of the container. Thank you!
