After a half an hour wait, I was finally connected with a customer service representative. I had called to inquire about how to get a replacement for a large container that I have used for years to store flour.
The container is cracked in two places and, for me, is worthless. I was asked for a mold number that does not appear on the container (my fault, right?!) and was told that without the number, nothing could be done.
Thanks a lot for wasting my time, and for the false representation of a so-called lifetime warranty! Tupperware needs to understand that there are competitors out there.
