I am writing this to you because of that i have faced such an indignity to the customer & indulgence by the tupperware to their employee at the front desk in Turkey HeadQuarter facility in Kozyatagi/Istanbul. Approximately 2 weeks ago my wife intended to give an order ( 2 water bottles ) and she reached to one sales person.

She told to her that she is not doing anymore and she gave another contact's information to my wife. My wife again tried to reach second sales lady called as Mrs. Emine and she was trying to give the order and all these were taking place in whatsapp mobile app. Neverthless everything was ok even if it took really long time and Mrs.

Emine told to my wife via whatsapp that : '' You can get your bottles from Kozyatagi, they are ready and with me.'' Then after nearly 14-16 days our products were ready and waiting to be taken. I asked to myself first, isn't Tupperware using a courier company ? . Anyway let me go the place which Mrs.

Emine told to my wife, i said to myself. I started to drive to Kozyatagi facility. I have rung their bell and the door opened. There was a lady at the front desk and earphones attached to her both ears.

First i thought this was for productivity, maybe she was listening to calls and managing them etc. Anyway this was not my business and i express myself to her and stated that i am informed by Mrs. Emine that she told us we would get our package from here. Suddenly she has started to laugh with an indignity and she told this is HeadQuarter of Tupperware this is not a market by using inappropiate & rude words.

I was truly ashamed because my father was standing just next to me, i am 30 years old and my father is 55 years old. You could imagine the situation.. Anyway i told her that i am sorry but this is what Mrs. Emine told to us and why i am here.

I told, from logical point of view you are right nobody would take products from HeadQuarter however i also wouldn't know this place was a headquarter office. I just told this place was a branch. She said to us ''This is not my problem, talk to Mrs. Emine.'' again rudely.

Another rude behavior. Then we reached to Mrs. Emine & she told us to wait at the front desk that she'is in a meeting but she is sending the products with a person. I have begged her pardon and asked her to sit to the chairs located at the front.

She didn't say anything and then 2 seconds later she yelled to me ''Yes you can sit sir!'' I said nothing, tried to be patient and just looked what she was doing. She was watching plenty of youtube videos since we came to HQ office and the earphones were for this purpose. I got very much frustrated and when the products came to us i have given my credit card and the same lady at the front desk talked very arrogantly ''Yeah ok but look this is not a market you can not just offer to pay credit card.'' This was the border and i started to discuss with her. I told her that she can not behave like this, this is rude and we would never think that this place is headquarter of tupperware.

You could just raise a call to Mrs. Emine instead of engaged in phone and watching youtube videos non stop. She again yelled me ''What is your problem,what are you doing here, are you looking for problem'' Which was not acceptable and very much rude. One person from managers (i would assume due he was asking me for my address probably he would gift these products because of these situations we faced there.) came to the front desk by hearing noises of this lady and he said ''easy easy, ok.

Sir what is your adress? I would like to send these products to your address directly please.'' In the meantime he was as if protecting the front desk lady and saying nothing to her but also trying to make me happy. I told to this gentleman, ''Look Sir, many thanks for thinking about us, it is very polite of you but these kind of treatments we just faced at front desk this is just unacceptable and very much rude.'' He told ,'' ok Sir you are right i am sorry on behalf of her.'' On the other hand i was feeling like they were just trying to console me instead of warn her. I have also asked them which kind of company would bring the customer to their feet to give the orders, especially to the headquarter ?

Because we were a laughing stock and if we would be informed this was a HQ office we could guest and warn them. Because i am a well educated person right now finishing my Phd in engineering. I already can get wise to this easily. We are not folls.

Then this guy told to me that ''This sales lady is new, she doesn't know that sorry. Give me your adress.'' I told no.

Sorry i never want to use this and i never buy one more time your products and i left to the place. This war very embarrassing situation and when i talk to my friends which bought products from Tupperware Turkey they also stated that customer satisfaction in Tupperware Turkey is really weak.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Tupperware Pros: Design.

Tupperware Cons: Customer satisfaction, Due to bad services, Services, Customer service.
